Trevor Ashcraft

Trevor Ashcraft grew up in Holton, Kansas. He attended West Texas A&M University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture Media and Communication before completing an Elementary Education Certification. After teaching third grade, special education, and Title I reading and math in Amarillo, Texas for five years, he joined Vermillion USD 380 as the Curriculum Director in 2017. During his time with USD 380, he received a Master of Science in Education with a Reading Specialist Emphasis and a Master of Science in Education Administration through Fort Hays State University. He now serves jointly as the district Curriculum Director and Vermillion Principal overseeing the three- and four-year old programs. He has served on the Kansas State Department of Education (KSDE) accreditation committee, the Accreditation Review Council (ARC), reviewing state accreditation data and applications for school districts across the state. In his free time, he helps his parents on the family farm where they manage 50+ cow/calf pairs and serves the local community on boards such as the Holton Alumni Committee and the Bucks Grove Methodist Church board of directors.  Trevor can be reached at .
