Dwight E. McMillen (Skip) Motto: Drago Dormiens Nunquam Titillandus Skip McMillen grew up in a little town in central Ohio called Belle Center. He graduated from Benjamin Logan Senior High School, a large central high school of 2,400 students. He attended Sterling College and majored in Psychology, English, and minored in Education. He graduated from Sterling in May 1974. Skip was hired in 1979 to teach English at Frankfort High School. He has taught English, and Psychology for 27 years. In 1990 he earned his Masters Degree in Secondary Educational Administration. Skip also teaches over the distance learning network to Centralia High School.
