Vicky Meyer Vicky was born in Seneca, Kansas. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education in Mathematics. In the school, Vicky is the high school mathematics teacher, and the STUCO sponsor. She is married with two children, a son and a daughter.
