Sonny Gore was born in South Korea. She is married to Jeff, and with their three sons; Hollis, Jason, and Isaac they moved to Centralia, KS in 2005 from Colorado. Mrs. Gore was the library director at Centralia Community Library for four and a half years. For the past ten years she has absolutely enjoyed working with preschool students in the early childhood center for USD #380 situated in Vermillion. As of 2021, she enjoys being the school librarian with the opportunity to work with all students K-12. When Mrs. Gore is not working, she enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, calligraphy, K-drama and golf. She likes to challenge herself and learn new things whenever she can.
